4. which one is that? I ask because I had a cousin who jumped into occupied France during WW2.

When he came down he didn't have much more than a map of France and a book with some French phrases. He did make his way to Paris. I always remember a photo of him in uniform with his pants legs bloused in his boots (evidently, only paratroopers were allowed to do that).
