(220 posts)My hands were shaking, but I signed it. I needed my copy and that was the only way I was going to get it.
None of those requirements were legal. It got a whole lot worse than that, believe me. But...I kind oof knew I had won when they handed me this list of rules. I brought them my stack of mail the very next day. At that point I WANTED them too open my mail. In my stack was a thank you letter for a meeting with Hillary Clinton and another thank you for a meeting with Secretary of Education Arne Duncan.
I remember thinking, "Please open the letter to the sitting Secretary of Education, a Cabinet member of the United States government and a past First Lady, Senator and Secretary of State of the United States.Please open those letters first."
I was disgusted but sometimes you have to hand people the rope they are willing to hang themselves with.
