So he will be free until then either way.

But as a convicted felon, he couldn't vote in FL.

So there is that.

But he would likely get a sentence of 1-3 Years under current guidelines. That could be in a special setting, like a national guard base, or a closed hospital, or some other state facility repurposed for his special needs.

Or he could get home confinement in nys, with special rules.

It's up to da judge. The one he has been threatening.
