Time Matters,

He will use the campaign interference defense if any of the other criminal trials get a court date.

He probably believes that he won't get jail time from this prosecution.

Once Trump ends up in court, he loses, what else can he do? The day the FBI found top secret documents at Mar-el-Loco they should have arrested him on the spot. The stolen top secret documents is a slam dunk case and yet there will be no trial 4 years later.
