I was curious to see how it is that he could so rapidly transfer from a sports car to his wheelchair, exiting the car--even though it is clear he is equipped with a very high-tech "athletic-purposed" chair. The video didn't show that part.

I'm glad no one was seriously hurt, but Cawthorne's irresponsible behavior seems to have only increased since leaving Congress.
