9. I have pointed out to my Ohio relatives that the legislature didn't listen to the people

on the gerrymandering question and now the legalization of pot and reproductive rights. They shrug and say that outsiders came in to get those items passed.

They also say that the legislature and governor "know what's best." It's like they are totally brainwashed and are willingly giving away their rights.

The only criticism I hear from them about government is against any Democrat that has somehow been elected in Ohio. They live near Dayton, so I hear that the Democratic Mayor there has ruined the city, forever! And they say you should never visit blue states or cities. One of my nephews recently had to go to Chicago for business and you would have thought he was going to Somalia.

Maybe it's Fox Entertainment, but when the hell did people stop thinking for themselves?
