CNN reported that he briefly had his eyes closed while the judge was giving out jury instructions.
I do find it hilarious that the tweeter said that Trump closing his eyes is proof of cognitive decline. If that's the case, and even if he *was* napping, we're all screwed!
It does forward the narrative, of course, which I guess is the point of the exercise.
