coverage that shows a different view. There are definitely some horrible people out there. There are definitely many more simply engaged in peaceful protest.

Abuse and harrassment is not OK. For anyone. But there have been CU Pro Palestinian protests previously. Arresting and suspending students for peacefully protesting is ridiculous. Even the police (see article above) said the protestors were peaceful. Honestly, If the administration had ignored the encampment and instructed other students/teachers to just go on with business as usual, today would be a totally normal and non-newsworthy day on Columbia's campus. And the media would be fear mongering about immigration.
