I'm quite sure he'd use them as well. Going all the way back to 2001, he was caught on tape bragging about using the U.S., "I know what America is. America is a thing you can move very easily, move it in the right direction. They won't get in their way."

Two decades later, he is still taking the money and pretty much ignoring anything our government says. I can't believe he has survived this long.
