(2,649 posts)103. I had to do the same thing and I was only returning a garden hose
And it was a faulty hose that had a big crack in it when I bought it from them. I had the receipt that showed I had just purchased the dang thing about 2 hours previous to returning it, and you could clearly see the weak spot in the hose (not noticeable in the original packaging), and all I wanted was my money back so I could go somewhere else and get a new one, but they still made me show an i.d.
I don't like them, and only shop there if I have absolutely no other options.
