With suitcases full of cash, young men were bribed to create chaos in the streets and in public perception by going through public places yelling anti-mossadegh slogans, and other followed up yelling pro-mossadegh slogans. Editors (also bribed) published editorials on how mossadegh was losing control of crime and disruption.
