. . . likely a bone to allow Rice to gain the number of republicans needed for her advancement. Harman is a defense industry darling. Smart lady, and a strong advocate, but she's been a 'moderate' on defense and foreign policy matters. I'm not sure where the 'outrage' will come from, but I can't see the 'right' opposing her in any big way.
