in violation of any reasonable ethical standard, for which investigation is overdue. He also has failed to recuse in several cases he should have by the same reasonable ethical standard. Same could be said for Alito.
I believe any justice who accepted a nomination before Merrick Garland got a Senate hearing should be impeached on grounds of supporting McConnells violation of the Constitution re: refusing Garland a hearing on utterly specious grounds. Gorsuch in the first instance, but the same could conceivably hold for the other succeeding justices. In addition, there was a lack of investigation by the FBI in the Kavanaugh nomination (maybe the FBI is corrupt
maybe?, but I digress). And finally, Coney-Barrett should not have accepted the nomination in order to avoid supporting more of McConnells further corruption shoehorning her nomination following the passing RBG.
There are possible cases for perjury for justices voting to gut Roe v Wade, contrary to their testimony about the case.
Then there are the numerous rulings limiting voting rights.
No, corruption is objective, irrespective of this case.
Just my humble opinion.
