It's not a psychosis, but a person doesn't have to be psychotic to be delusional, and Trump definitely appears to be delusional. One of the experts quoted in the op used the phrase "delusional grandiosity" in describing him, and I think that's very fitting.

According to Dr. John Gartner, a psychologist who has written and talked a lot about Trump's mental problems, when someone with a severe personality disorder develops dementia, the personality disorder gets worse as the person becomes more and more confused and disoriented. Not a pleasant thing to contemplate, especially in Trump's case!
