Day after thumbs up to a claim like that, they would have to realize, four of them could end up in Gitmo because they said the President could do than without repercussions. Good luck getting legal representation because absolute immunity to violating right to an attorney. Enjoy your stay because absolute immunity to denial of a speedy trial - or any trial for that matter.
