7. He was not convicted of rape

A civil trial ruled that he was liable for harming Ms. Carroll, but it was not--repeat NOT--a criminal conviction. The only way TSF would have gone to jail in those proceedings was if he committed contempt of court, obstruction or perjury.

But feel free to cough up the evidence of a criminal conviction and especially the specific criminal charges for which he was convicted.
