11. I don't see it so much as a conspiracy theory

in the classic sense, but more an attempt to understand why the conservative justices are doing what they are. Personally, I don't think they are protecting other former presidents, but their behavior has been peculiar.

The best I can come up with is they are trying to delay trials until after the election. That leaves me wondering what hold does Trump have over them. They could and should have just refused to take the case.
