And are you seriously suggesting that Trump, if reinstalled in power, will feel obligated to obey the letter of the law and respect the Constitutional rights of his perceived enemies? The same Trump whose attorneys are now arguing before the Supreme Court that a president ordering the assassination of a political rival is committing, not a crime, but "an official act?"

Also, who gets to decide what are "grave circumstances?"
