supposed grounds that he was under perpetual Audit so couldn't talk. Remember in 2016 when he put on the show of having thousands of manila folders of his business dealings stacked on a long table? I immediately suspected back then that all those folders were EMPTY, like how Joe McCARTHY would claim to have lists of Commies in hand (that were probably blank).
