In a different look at this, Rachel Maddow surmised that this is all about getting John Kerry as Sec State so they have a chance to get a Repub back in. Scott Brown?
It sucks having to not nominate someone due to not losing the seat. Kerry is stuck.
Sounds better than McCains nonsense.
