Have you read articles about the other symptoms he has displayed? We're not looking at just one symptom. There is the word slurring, for example. The absurd reference to Obama as the current president. His many remarks showing that he doesn't comprehend the basics of American history.

Are you aware of the other medical opinions, because this is far from the only one. Have you read those articles?
