Interpreting Judge Canon's latest nonsense

8. I think he had a good reason for not going to the 11th.

I wonder if he was worried that getting her taken off the case would have delayed things past November. He might have miscalculated* how much stalling she would actually do.

Now that it appears that the case won't be decided until after the elections, he might go ahead to try to get her removed anyway. Or maybe not. I have no doubt that he is doing the best he can with the hand he's been dealt.

*I honestly doubt this, though. I think he is super competent. Still, he's only human and can make a mistake now and then.
