a movie years ago about a small town, and small law firm taking on a huge polluting Corporation, and them getting buried by the Corporate Lawyers Paperwork, putting them out of businesss.....

I will try to remember the name of the movie, and the star actor that starred in it.......

Here you go: JOHN TRAVOLTA......A CIVIL ACTION..............
