Friendlier judges on appeal, Supreme Court if necessary.

If he coups his way into power it's all over, he'd dissolve the entire court system before he goes to prison. But he won't have to, the Supreme Court would suspend any sentence until his term is over.

In practice, I think guilty, quite possibly on all counts, but no prison time. Parole, maybe even suspended pending appeal.

Best case scenario is house arrest, which he'd turn into a reality show circus and probably then win the election because our media eats that shit up. So maybe that's actually the worst case scenario..
