53. Don't get me wrong, but ask him about BP!

He has let them have their way with us on the Gulf Coast. They have bought off the Judge's hand picked Steering Committee and now he is shoving a class settlement down our throats that BP drafted. The Judge refused to allow an attorney to speak at the Fairness Hearing that has objected to the deal and opted over 10,000 cases out. The primary objection is that most Claimants must waive their right to trial without know what their offer will be, if they are even offered anything! Obama stood up a and blessed the 20 billion dollar fund that never existed. I know there are things politicians must do to stay in office, but they should not have to sell out a million people to do it!
