His Mommy was proud and even bragged about her son's crimes on Facebook.... until CNN ID'd him and had the crimes on tape, which was going to make it difficult for LAPD to ignore it.

Frankly, it appeared to me the firework mortar was so large that it really should be considered an IED, and there should be terrorism charges too. Those things going off prematurely have caused serious injuries and deaths to professionals that do firework displays.
