Congress requires the next 75 years of retirement funds be paid upfront for postal workers.
And yet they have raided the Social Security fund for years?

Another point is they want to privatize everything. Schools, Postal Service etc. The 75 year requirement is just a ploy in the Republican strategy to "starve the beast".
