2. Good, this is one of the more important areas where public video and photos

are good to have around. The idea that they should only catch police misconduct is not one I embrace; I think public video of people in public is a good thing. I don't think state or federal nanny cams are though like at red lights and such, where it's mainly for monitoring childish behavior for making fines. If they were in accident prone intersections and only used to verify accident fault and such, I'd have no problem with them either.
