3. The "system" does kinda suck, doesn't it. It worked at this level

but if you have modest means, it sure can screw a person over. Good to see that the system does have a limit in that regard. No amount of money, motions to delay or BS legal tactics were going to let him wiggle out of this one. In retrospect, I suspect Bragg put a hold on prosecuting because he saw dome weak points that he felt could be reinforced to hold up even in our system.
