Trump DOJ didnt just take the high road [View all]
When it failed to prosecute Hillary Clinton. Its pretty clear there was little to no case against her.
It took a really really high road when it decided not to indict Trump for 10 counts of obstruction of justice stemming from the Russian investigation. Then it took the higher road when it didn't indict Trump as the co-conspirator in the Cohen case, but put Cohen in jail. It then took the highest road when it said screw it let's ignore years of business fraud.
Indeed, when they complain about NY doing a political prosecution, what they're saying is that Trump's DOJ politically ignored these crimes at the high-level, but you're cheating and finding ways in NY civil and criminal courts to prosecute them.
To sum up, Trump's DOJ ignored his own crimes. If he is elected he will committ more crimes. He's likely committing crimes as we speak. He is a criminal. Sitting in front of him pretend he took the high road on locking up his enemies is laughable. The dude's road only runs straight through the swamp.
