The latest conviction did include tax issues, which, nears as I can figure, are also financial crimes. And he was convicted of campaign crimes. The money Enquirer paid 'Karen' was considered an illegal campaign contribution, if I understand correctly. Maybe I am wrong, but there are some financial crimes in those two cases he has already been convicted in.
