42. Just maybe this post is a direct response to a post with an image from September 2016

which asserted that the 2016 New York sandwich predated the sandwich in the original image by two years. That would put the original image posted as 2018 (not 2016). Obviously, even if you saw other posts where I've given the date, whoever posted that image didn't see the date, so I'm responding with an accurate date.

As to the other responses:

The OP claimed to be an image of (1) a NY deli (2) after Trump's verdict. I included the 2016 date to establish it wasn't after Trump's verdict.

My second response was to someone who posted the image (including the brewery name) and dated it to 6 years ago - expressly stating they didn't know if the publication on Reddit was the first. It wasn't. Again the 2016 image found in the tineye search identifies a date at least 8 years ago, not six, when it was available on the internet - answering the uncertainty included in the post.

It's a conversation - and I don't like it when DU is sloppy with facts. We're supposed to care about facts. In each of the posts I was responding to specific assertions that were factually inaccurate, and providing the earliest date (and location) I have been able to find for the image.
