48. And in what way has Harman ever failed to be CIA?

She is as owned by this mob as anyone in Congress ever was. Does it matter what the precise nature of her affiliation is? If she's a mere fan, in what way has she ever deviated from the narrow interests of protecting this organization and giving it everything possible?
