But if/when Dems win both Houses, and begin impeachment of Alito, Pres. Biden wouldn't think of stopping Congress from passing judiciary reform laws that would expand the Supreme Court, with or without successful removal of Alito. Were we successful in winning both Houses and expanding the SC, he would, with Schumer and Jeffries, likely go forward with nominees.
But we have to win the Senate. We have to.
