3. One problem with

the warehouse clubs, lots of people cannot afford to buy and store bulk items. A case of toilet papper or paper towels takes up a lot of room in a mobile home. I know, I lived in one for years. You hardly had room to turn around but it was all I could afford at the time ditto a studio apartment as a single guy.

There was a Costco here for about two years but it went away. We now have a BJ's wholesale club and two Walmarts. I think there is a Sams Club about twenty miles south. Never even been in a Sams club.
