Seeing it, I was reminded of my Mom when my sister and I were kids and loved pulling pranks. One day one (or both) of us crept up and surprised my Mom like that and she reflexively reached back and smacked us across the face. One might wonder if it was not at least partially intentional, but I'm pretty convinced it was pure reflex.
That is what I wish HRC had done that night- so hard she would have knocked him over- or even off the stage.
