Maybe something along the lines of immunity for obvious things like war.....but there will be no immunity for some actions and some other foggy ruling which will be sent to lower courts to decide...

I do see Judge Chutkin ( I may of misspelled her name)...she will then hold hearing and stuff to get clarity on the Jan 6th tRump crimes...I see this happening by end of August, having a trial start.
