He's been in Congress for quite a while, that place where insider trading enriches the members far beyond what a sharp trader out in the real world can do, pulling down $174,000/year, and he's $150,000 in debt.

Yes, Mr. Economic Genius not only hasn't figured out how to steal while surrounded by potential economic hog troughs, he's also managed to go nearly his yearly gross salary into debt.
