24. Can the Supreme Court just insert this new immunity clause into our Constitution?

There is nothing in the Constitution about presidential immunity. There are no laws Congress has passed about presidential immunity. So what exactly were they interpreting to come up with this ruling? Nothing. So they have essential amended the Constitution extralegally in my opinion.
