Aviral post on social media is circulating a court document with allegations of sexual assault against former president Donald Trump made in a legal filing that was dismissed almost a decade ago.

The post alleges that Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for this year's presidential election, "forced" young girls to "perform lesbian sex acts." It has amassed more than 17 millions views on X, formerly Twitter, since Monday, and has been shared more than 34,000 times.

Some X users appeared to believe that the document is a recent filing. The post was shared after about 150 pages of transcripts related to a 2006 grand jury investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's rape and sex trafficking of teenagers was released to the public on Monday.

However, the document included in the X post isn't connected to those papers, but actually comes from a lawsuit filed in the months leading up to the 2016 election by an anonymous plaintiff using the name "Katie Johnson."

I think Trump should be harassed outside any of his future campaign events
with signs which scream "RAPIST" and invoke the name of 'Katie Johnson'--

the woman who filed a lawsuit against Trump in 2016, which accused him of raping her at the age of 13---
(the same age as his daughter Ivanka at the time the rape was alleged to occur... The lawsuit was dropped because the plaintiff feared for the lives of herself and her family, due to death threats at the time--- go figure...)


I read a particularly sordid long account of the story behind this allegation on my phone newsapp today,
but now I can't find it, even with Google...

One point about this dropped lawsuit--- it was filed years before all the public accusations about Jeffrey Epstein became common knowledge-- so anyone who sought to file any lawsuit based upon publicity, would have had no idea what to say if they were trying to 'manufacture' something---

but it all rings very true NOW that we know more than we ever wanted to know about Epstein, and about Donald Trump--- it is all so typically 'Trumpian': Refuses to wear a condom, and when the victim voices her fears about becoming pregnant, he throws some money at her and shouts "get a fucking abortion!"
