It's satisfying enough to me that Obama gets another 4 years as president, and that the meeting they had the other day wasn't a meeting to facilitate the transition. I'm happy that we don't have to watch them ride in a limo together to Romney's inauguration.
I don't need to take pleasure in Romney's personal misery over losing in order to feel at peace. Just knowing that he won't be president and that we have another 4 years of a president I admire and respect for the first time in my adult life is enough for me.
