9. There's no constitutional prohibition against having both candidates from the same state

It’s just that electors have to vote for at least one person who isn’t from their own state. So Florida electors could not vote for both Trump and Rubio; they’d have to vote for Trump and someone else, effectively ceding the state for the VP candidate. But only an idiot would actually do that. Then again…
