Was supposed to be caught before opening fire 🤔

Who would have thought he could have walked around acting suspicious and then climb on top of a building in broad daylight without being seen and stopped? Hmmm...

The odds that he was influenced in some way or form to do this seems high, but who knows. You could come up with all sorts of theories. Hell, Trump just met with Putin's dictator buddy last week, maybe that was to read him in on this plan 😲
