Michael Schmidt, Nicolle Wallace's new husband and frequent guest on her MSNBC show is an ex Republican associated with Steve Schmidt.

Michael Schmidt is the author of the NYT article about Adam Schiff believing Biden will lose.

From what I'm seeing Michael Schmidt behind half of the negative news reporting about Joe Biden in the NYT.

He's been on Deadline White House the 4pm msnbc show with his wife multiple times over the last few weeks and each time the two of them discuss the need for Biden to step aside.

Nicolle Wallace said that she was afraid for both of them if Trump wins.

Two people can cause incredible damage. Not saying they're the only ones but they're
keeping the Biden must step aside story alive on msnbc and in the NYT.
