Can't say we haven't had multiplle opportunities, since that scumbag was elected the first time, to change the rules to keep him out. Convicted felons can't vote, but they can run for President? And at this point, I'm not convinced that a lot of the polling data is being transmitted to the United States by millions of Russian bots.

Last week's Trump rally in Butler, PA drew 7,000, which is less than half of the 15,000 he got when he went there in 2020. It's not that the capacity of the venue was less, there was actually more parking and a larger place for people to gather. But they're not showing up for him as enthusiastically as they did before. And in 2020, he got 5% fewer votes in that county than he did in 2016, in spite of there being a higher turnout.

I used to live near there, in the same county. In 2016, the yard signs and visible support was everywhere. It was there, in a little less of a show in 2020. My former next door neighbor says he's seeing no sign at all, of the kind of support he got back then, and there's no talk at all in the city countil meetings of the small town where he lives and serves on council. In 2020, 5 of 7 council members voted for Trump. Same council now, and there are just 2 trump voters on it, 2 staying home and three Biden voters. Anecdotal, yes, but those things are sometimes a better indicator of enthusiasm that polls don't always know how to measure.
