Cheney's chief of staff, Scooter Libby revealed Plame's identity as punishment for Joe Wilson's exposing the Iraq/Niger lie. Libby was convicted of lying in the investigation. W Bush commuted his sentence, and, -wait for this, Trump pardoned him!
