I see a lot of pain out here, and unsureness of the direction we are headed. [View all]

Today's event is now the responsibility of the "pass the torch" faction. I think anyone on here will vote for whoever the nominee is, but there is now a risk of an enthusiasm gap. That gap needs fixing by them, since there are quite a few that feel this was a dirty and risky move.

They better have a message more convincing than "the polls didn't look good". BTW, I'm sure the constant attacks from within didn't help that any...

There is too much to lose to let the orange menace win, but that doesn't mean malpractice should be overlooked(for another day). The only question that remains if the action/method was an illegitimate or a legitimate issue that precipitated the revolt. I think most can move on for now if we acknowledge that. Overriding primary results is a serious act, especially if it fails.

For now, today we can expect people to vent their frustrations but have compassion on them. Turn our attention toward the major threat for now and we can have court trials later.

I hope our nominee will "Forget the high road", this is a knife fight in the trenches. The attacks on the real threat need to start today if we can get the media and our own team to stop... By this I mean attacking whoever the front runner is because they don't like that pick too.
