It’s a shock, but if I’m being honest I think Biden was fading in the polls and one more misstep or bad interview and he would have had no chance to beat Trump.

VP pick is huge, but Harris has a better chance to beat Trump. And his sexist and racist attacks on her will remind people who he is.
