Well on the one hand, I don't think that Joe's the type of person to just sign an executive order as a final f*** you to all of them.

On the other hand, it sure would be a nice legacy if he could sign an executive order to do something amazing... what would it be?

I mean he can't do a nationwide wage increase can he? Or can he make universal health Care an executive order? I mean can he go big?
