In reply to the discussion: Okay, I'll say it. After the speech that Kamala is giving right now [View all]summer_in_TX
(4,390 posts)49. We heard it on MSNBC. Bad picture because of a thunderstorm overhead.
I want to watch it again sometime.
Nicolle Wallace was part of special coverage of the speech and shared anecdotes from her covering Kamala's 2020 campaign as well as more recently. A lot of Kamala's events have happened while her show was on the air.
What struck me was she noted the love Kamala just has as part of who she is, just like Joe Biden has. The panel noted how much she truly loved and how loyal she was to Joe, fighting for him to get to stay the nominee right up until he made the decision and informed her. Often the news media got leaks from other dems or their staff members. Nothing like that at all from the VP.
You can tell in the video the love in the room for one another.
Remarkable.

It's also nice to hear the nominee call out Trump like he deserves to be called out!
